    I have been using the gym, but have just started 30 day shred to work on my mid section (the only thing left that annoys me) Did you find you had good results?

    I have lost 17 and trying to lose 50 more, did you have alot of excess skin or did it go as you lost it?

    I do on my belly. I've had 4 nine lb. babies and a big weight loss. I am getting a tummy tuck in Sept. Good luck.

    I want to get back to exercising soon. I know I have to wait. But, I can almost feel my body getting soft. I can start back to the elliptical on Friday. But, I can't run for 6 weeks! It's killing me!!! Thanks for the support, everyone. I love you guys!

    Thanks! I think I'm almost as proud of the impact I'm making on other people's lives as I am of the change I made in mine. My husband says I should become a trainer. lol
