10 month progress update (PIC)

First picture was taken at my parents anniversary party at the end of September 2011.
The dress was a size 18, and needed adjustments to make it fit because it was too tight.
Those shorts? Size 9!

Never ever ever looking back!

    That is awesome. I tend to think of myself as a thin person, that is till I see myself in a picture. I'm starting at about the same weight you were at, so you these pics are quite inspiring to me. you are doing a phoenominal job! keep it up!

    You look great, I have been slacking on keeping track of my food. You just gave me insperation. That is me in a size 18, I would love to wear a size 8 shorts too.

    Fantastic! Do you work out as well as diet?

    I do! Twice a week with a trainer, 3 days at the gym (zumba, running, spin, weights)
    2 days rest.
