    You look great, I have been slacking on keeping track of my food. You just gave me insperation. That is me in a size 18, I would love to wear a size 8 shorts too.

    Thanks For Posting you old and up to date pitchure. I need to put one up, but I never do body shots. Im just going to have to get oveer it.

    Fantastic! Do you work out as well as diet?

    I do! Twice a week with a trainer, 3 days at the gym (zumba, running, spin, weights)
    2 days rest.
