    I don't understand the 'eat as much veg n fruit you like' mentality. Either calorie count or not?! Why log up to 800 then eat a potential 500 (for example) and deny the existence of those extra ones?! It just sounds like mindful eating rather than counting. Then again, if you don't log the veg in a day I'd probably have about those cals most days and I maintain so no. I do not think this is a good plan!
