I'm new here but not new to dieting. I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Angela, 38 year old female from Ontario, Canada. I am ready to take off some weight. I have 90 lbs to lose so it's going to be a long haul. I am interested in some mini-challenges. Can you recommend a good challenge on here? I look forward to chatting with everyone.

    I'm a Montana girl! As far as the challenges, I usually don't do them because I beat myself up if I can't meet the goal...I have a small goal (5-10 lbs) but could use support.
