    Signed... those poor animals. I have two animals in my home that came from rescued situations. The worst was my poor cat who was locked in a room and starved for 6 weeks. She is the most loving creature I have ever met, but the medical bills because of the permanent damage has been alot. The other my dog, my best friend. She spent the first three years of her life on a chain in a four foot space. But truly she is the best thing I ever decided to bring into my home and she never gets put on a chain now.
