    I say do what makes you happy, if you want them, get them. In the end they are still boobs, and guys love boobs.

    For me, they are a huge turn off.
    Granted often times they are attention getting & usually look good clothed, but in a more personal situation, I find nothing about them a turn on.

    I personally wouldn't encourage anyone to do it bc it's kinda silly to bring unneeded health risk for a vain reason....but that's MY opinion. But then again I've always had large breast so I dnt know what kinda self esteem issue small breast may cause. But I say turn off bc they always look so obvious and "bimbo-ish"

    In Short, turn off.

    If for any medically neccessary reason, I can overlook completely.

    If for looks, I'll just say.. Every single one of them look great clothed, but for some reason look terrible unclothed. We aren't there with technology yet. Just like face lifts... Just wait til we have better ways to do it, cause right now... Cosmetic technology seems of the stoneage for making realistic improvements.

    I have had mine for 14 years. No problem and they look real... Wait till you have children and then get it done. I don't know too many people that like walking around with pancake tits... I mean yeah there might be some but I wasn't willing to look like that...

    well i've seen some that were done really badly (like you could see the ripples under the skin) and i've seen some that i thought were real, absolutely beautiful and moved like the real thing etc. so, i think if you get a really good boob job they are just as good as the real thing.

    I think there are a lot of people that haven't seen a well done set of implants nude. They actually look pretty amazing. There are tons of men that prefer them over natural large breasts. They may feel different, but they are not hard, they move, the jiggle (holy cow they can jiggle more then I ever counted on), they are squishable. They do not look obvious or "bimboish." That is the biggest chunk of crap I've ever heard.

    I also think the whole "the media is pushing it on women" is a bunch of BS. There are big boobs and small boobs all over the place. If the media is pushing anything it would be a contradictory message about what looks best. No one would be able to choose one over the other. With the majority of augmentations being done after a woman has children (I can provide links), a good portion to repair after weight loss, pregnancy, or birth defects (Poland's, PE/PC, tuberous breasts), that does not leave as much for cosmetic purposes (less than half are purely cosmetic with no corrective purpose). Why all the judgement against boobs?

    Here is a picture of me from June 2006 ... My breast implants were inserted in 1998 after I had 2 children. They don't look fake most people can't even tell I had them done. I say go for it!

    SEXY! I actually prefer the "fake" look and so does my hubby. Needless to say I have a set and it was the best thing I've ever done for myself. Do your homework and do this for you and you won't regret it :-)

    I think being fit and confident is what is sexy

    I have confidence now and I didn't use to have it

    I get more attention from men now and A/AA cup is working for me

    I'm not having any plastic surgery, botox, or any of that ****. I've decided not to color my hair either.

    I don't judge anyone else for doing what makes them feel great and I'll admit to being jealous of some of the surgically enhanced boobage I see but it is most definitely not for me

    A close friend of mine wanted breast implants for years. I thought she had a great little figure as is. She never asked my advice, but if she had, I would've said what so many on here have said .... whatever will make you happy. She finally got her implants (C cup). They look good on her and she's happy, so win / win. I've never had any interest in them for myself .... I'm all good with my wee little A cups.

    It can go either way. Generally speaking they make women look better with their clothes on but sometimes look weird with their clothes off.

    The last person I hooked up with had some that were perfectly done, looked and felt real, you could barely even tell that they had been "enhanced". Most women get them too big and they end up looking and feeling like balloons. Not hot.

    I am seeking an honest opinion from guys and ladies :)

    Guys- If you met a girl with proportional breast implants (you may not even know they were fake), would it be a turn off? Or would it be sexy?

    Ladies- If a friend wanted to get implants (again tastefully done, for example an A cup to a C), what advice would you give her? Go for it? Or not?

    First of all...I don't see the POINT of getting implants in anything LESS than a C cup if you're going to get them (unless it's reconstructive surgery and a woman just wants to replace what she lost). Really...why would ANYONE want to be less than a C cup if you're going to get implants? I mean...you'd have to be COMPLETELY flat-chested to start with if all you want is an A or B cup. I'm just saying.

    Secondly, cosmetic surgery is a PERSONAL choice. If you really care about the opinions of other people on what is considered "sexy," then I really don't know what to tell you. What do YOU think is sexy? That's the only opinion that really counts when you're talking about any elective surgical procedure.

    And for the record...I'm a fan of cosmetic surgery. Just make sure you have a reputable, board-certified surgeon. And, no...I don't have implants. My DD's were more than I wanted! After I lost 100 lbs., I had a breast lift and a tummy tuck. Best thing I could have ever done! My surgeon is a damn ARTIST!

    I think if it makes you feel better about yourself then do it. I had a breast reduction 6 months ago and went from a 36DD to a 36 D and I feel so much better about myself, my posture even got better sicne I no longer tried to hide them plus they stand poud with out having to use a bra to hold them up. I do think if women get them to large it don't look right with there body shape though. If you go to the right plastic surgeon he or she will tell you what they think would look right.

    i had a lift done and a small augmentation to return them to their previous natural size, before running, breastfeeding, weightlifting and life changed my body. if i can make healthy fitness changes to better my shape and appearance, why stop there?

    and furthermore, i've noticed that most men opposed to implants could never get themselves a fine azz girl who has um' ;)

    Idk. I would never get them myself because I don't need them, but I tend to think they always look fake. I think natural breasts look better no matter what the size.
