i want to lose 26 pounds by christmas that will be all the baby weight [i gained like 65 pounds!! lost a bunch so far though]
then onto the real challenge, loosing 30 pounds more than i had lost before my sweet baby james0 -
I am back to 261!!!:mad: I know it was the day at the state fair, but I am being kind to myself. I will weigh in tomorrow or Wednesday & hope it was mostly salt. I walked for 6-7 hrs at the fair on Saturday, had BBQ ribs(4), ribbon fries, one deep fried snickers & over 8 glasses of water. Sunday I went to breakfast & did well w/egg white omelet & grilled chicken, but for dinner had fried shrimp. I have been drinking all my water & then some, but the ribs, fries & shrimp were very salty...I normally do not eat much salt, but it was there, not added by anyone at the table.
Anyway, just checking in. Hope everyone else is having better Monday morning at the scale. See you tomorrow!0 -
I've been on my period plus was kind of bad this weekend. Am planning to weigh in on wednesday this week.. we'll see how it goes!0

I also just got done running Week 2 - Day 3 for the C25K application. Feel great. Will now go into the kitchen and cook Blackened Cumin-Cayenne Tilapia and Green Giant Roasted red potatoes, green beans & rosemary butter sauce! Yum! Enjoy your week and good luck to all!!!0 -

Im not sure what to post. The scales hate me right now!!!! I made a mistake of getting on more then one. It is that time of month and sunday was the first time i went over my calories since i started oct 2. i will post tomorrow.:brokenheart:0

I think I can drop 20 lbs by Christmas if I keep exercising. I am just worried about the exercising part. I have no idea what I'll do when it gets too cold to go walking. I have been bugging hubby for a Wii & Wii Fit. If anyone can make suggestions for workouts, lmk. I don't like leaving the house unless there's errands to be run. So the fact that I'm getting out and walking every day is kinda a big deal for me.
Anyway, here's to keeping an eye on the prize-- 20 lbs by Christmas!0 -

I gained a pound. Doesn't surprise me because I went to my family's pizza shop and I was starving... stuffed my face. This is what I get. I know better than to go down there when I'm really hungry, all will power goes out the door. Ugh.
Today's a new day. Back on track and even though I HAVE to go down there this saturday, I will not be eating food there. I'll bring snacks and eat lunch somewhere else.0 -
How's everyone's week going? I was down to 155.4 yesterday morning (woohoo 7lbs in almost 2 months), but then yesterday was a kind of bad eating day AND I went and had a McD's small oreo blizzard :laugh: ... I sooo wanted ice cream and I caved. But I've been doing my runs this week and have finally gotten back to riding the horses after the rain and crappy rings made riding almost impossible.0
