Obviously you don't use a shake weight and a thighmaster at your desk.0

This whole journey started for me exercising 5 minutes out of every hour at my desk: wall push-ups, dips, calf-raises. You'd be surprised.0

I manually *kitten* zoo animals for insemination purposes. I don't spend much time at my desk, but when I'm there, I am shaking that weight and mastering my thighs!0 -
But I occasionally get up to walk to the bathrooms. That counts as exercise, right?0

lol you got me all excited, I have a desk job (x5 a week)0

that jus made me giggle0 -
I did it!
I just sat around for, like, 5 years and then went and ran a marathon. Then I came home and just decided to deadlift 195 pounds. See! Tightening your butt muscles all day REALLY WORKS!0 -
I try to keep busy at my desk. Squats, calf raises, push ups (against my desk) triceps extensions, crunches, and planks during lunch break. It's possible to contribute to losing weight. I have actually sweat a few times at my office doing all that nonsense.0

I do olympic lifts clean and jerk with the desk itself every hour on the hour0

Well, you have to shake that weight! It's a necessity for your job!0 -

I wrote it off as training materials when I did my taxes.
Just kidding. I haven't done my taxes yet.0 -

Dude, wtf? Haven't you ever heard of isometrics?? I heard they burn more calories than cardio, and if you do it right you can build massive muscle on a deficit (women who are new to strength training do them instinctively in their sleep, that's why they gain so much muscle).
Seriously man...do some research before posting this kind of crap!
:laugh:0 -
DAMN IT!!! I was so excited!0
