For me it's wearing whatever I want with confidence, knowing I look great!
And you? Only name one thing.

Having my son look at me and say, "Dad, when I get big enough to lift weights, can you train me?"0
-
Having so much more energy and feeling so great!0

People telling me that my body looks tight
I am not thin - but my body looks tight! I'll take that0 -
My legs not rubbing together when I run. I swear when I first started exercising again I thought I was going to start a fire with all the friction.0

guys give me instant respect, always and everywhere.0

Getting that clean bill of health without meds?" (your priorities really change as you age!)0

Ah, that's their problem. It's not luck it's hard work!0 -
Better sexy time!
hehe yeah that was a close second for me.0 -
That's a cute profile pic for sure.
I started wearing above the knee summer dresses. I never did that before.0 -

Ordering what I want at a restaurant and not wondering if the sever is thinking "Wow, because that's really what you need to eat...."
I used to think that all of the time.
Now? No, I said ranch dressing.0 -

Being able to do what I want when I want without having my body/fitness as an obstacle. Hiking to see the most amazing sites in the world, swimming into caves, being able to enjoy a game of basketball anytime I want, looking at a fence as an obstacle instead of a barrier. Pretty much doing anything other than sitting on my a** watching TV all night every night.0

Feeling great about my body! Also the fact that I've motivated a lot of my friends.0

I'm no where near my goal...
But so far it's been that I can pass along my "fat clothes" to my larger best friend. She is losing weight with me, and I started a little smaller than her (20 pounds), but my weight loss is double hers in the same time frame (I'm way more committed). It's nice when I can hand her something and tell her to try it on because it no longer fits me!0 -
Getting a workout high from lifting heavy things!0
-
feeling good and still be surprised (in a good way) when i peek in the mirror or step on the scale0

Having my best friends mom say "you so skinny". I still have a way to go, but that is amazing to have someone say that.0

So Bad! Please don't scold me! :frown:
But best thing about being fit and exercising/eating healthy is not turning into a"meat-bag".
Now let me explain, I heard these boys (friends of a friend) talking about how all the girls after High School turned into meat-bags.
Really rude word I think. But in all honest most of the girls I went to High School 3 years ago are huge!
So I like to pat myself on the back knowing that I didn't let myself go because I'm not in High School (cliche-mania!) :blushing:0 -

I'll second that motion.0 -
Having people think I'm 7 years younger than I actually am.0
-
Strength.......Hanging my own bike (waaaaay up high) in the garage after a ride.0

I started a kickboxing class last week. I was one of the biggest girls in the class, but athletically speaking, I am in the top 50%.
Now, for a girl who has been overweight since puberty, being more physically capable then HALF THE CLASS, most of whom are skinnier then I, this is by far one of my favorite moments!
And right now, having moments like that are the best thing about being fit!0 -
Proving to myself every single day how strong and capable I really am.0

I feel powerful. No other way to describe it, I just feel like I can do anything, I walk with swagger... I pretty much feel like I'm the **** all the time0
