    Yeah no problem!! You would need to upload it into something like photobucket, than copy the html code, paste it into the post and then make the img lower case.

    I spent several months as the only girl in a self-defense class. It was pretty awesome, but I'm glad we have more females now. They are less gentle than the guys. :)

    I've been single a long time and it's MUCH MUCH easier to carry in all my own groceries and lift the 50-lb vat of kitty litter myself! I dk how Crazy Old Cat Ladies do it! lol

    Glad you guys liked it! I saw this on my other fitness website (Fitocracy) after I recommended a weight lifting article to a female, saw the title and almost flew off my handle myself! Then i nearly got sent home from work from lmao :)
