For all the single ladies....

1) I have a very active 13 y/o son - I want to keep up with him, be a good role model for him, & make him proud.
2) I used to be skinny and want to be skinny again.
3) I love fashion - can't enjoy it when you're fat!
4) Making the ex jealous wouldn't be a bad thing!
5) I really want to find Mr. Right and have one more child before it's too late (I'm 32) and that's not going to happen in my current state where I literally have zero self-confidence because of my weight. Besides, even if I met someone right now, I want to be fit & healthy before committing to anything else, especially a man and a baby!0 -
Mine is so my fiance instinctively pulls me closer when we go out. I will make heads turn!0

The only person stuck with me is me. I'm not doing this for/because of anyone else.
I just want to get healthy so that I don't end up dying the "John Candy death".0 -
focus on your present and not on your past,
let them leave your thoughts,......
so you can have the last laugh
I used to want to prove to people who had hurt me mentally that I was going to get fit but it was more rewarding to do it for myself and meet better people
This is great!!!0 -

I was a teen when I lost my weight b/c I just wanted to be "normal' (it was the 80s and everyone was thin lol) Now b/c it's a way of life for me and it's (hopefully) keepin me young lol0

For me - to feel better about myself, to have more confidence.0

I'm losing weight so I can feel more confident, buy cute clothes, be healthy, cosplay at Comic Con next year, and stop getting friend zoned.0

to get a first kiss and not be second best to my gorgeus best friend.0

I already responded that I am doing this for me... but I should add that I am also doing this for my daughter... I want her to have a positive role model of health and fitness and learn healthy habits... I don't want her to struggle with her weight or develop body image issues (like I have).0

I started walking 5 miles a day as a way to cope with my ex blindsiding me on the 4th of July and breaking my heart. I've been going strong for two weeks now and it's made this whole break up so much easier to deal with...I feel happy, confident, and I'm actually gettig over him very easily. I look forward to the day we run into each other and I'm looking FINE.0

Mostly for me, just to be able to finally feel great about myself. It's been years of yo-yo dieting and never being at all confident with my body.
I'm also doing it for my 2 daughters, my self-esteem has always been tied to my weight and body image. I don't want them growing up thinking they are fat...I want them to have healthy perceptions of who they are and what their bodies are capable of.
So there may be just a little motivation to make my ex eat his words. I am not fat or lazy or useless. I am none of those things!!0 -
For my health. But any side effects where I am no longer single would be a perk0
-
I'd like to look better and not have a heart attack at any point during my continued life.0
