    3oz. chicken breast
    1 non fat cheese slice
    two slices tomato on wheat bread

    20 Special K Crackers

    I eat this almost everyday for lunch. I love it for some reason.

    Oh I added an apple today too.

    1/2 cup sliced cucumber
    1/4 cup fat free shredded cheese
    2 tbsp fat free caesar italian salad dressing
    frigo light string cheese
    1 cup of grapes

    I eat this almost every day for lunch and I love it! It's only 220 calories total!

    I made a quinoa/veggie "pilaf" for the week. Mixed veg, quinoa, olive oil, raisins and almonds. 248 cals for 1 (filling) cup.

    Pecan Crusted Goat Cheese & Cranberry Salad 372 cal.

    3 c salad greens
    1-1/2oz goat cheese
    2 T chopped pecans
    2 T cranberries
    1/4c shredded carrots
    1T balsamic vinaigrette

    slice of cheese
    thin slices of tomato
    salt and pepper
    All of that grilled on the stove (mmm cheesy gooey)
    Dipped the sandwich in a little light ranch

    Cucumber and onion salad

    All that for about 300 cals!

    I had a whole wheat sandwich thin with roasted red pepper hummus, cucumber, onion, and tomato. I also had some carrot sticks and a weight watchers cheese on the side.

    Sandwich -
    2 slices light 12 grain bread
    3 slices Oscar Mayer 98% fat free tuyrkey breast
    1 wedge laughing cow light swiss cheese.

    Hi So nice to hear from you all.
    For my lunch I hada bowl of rice crispies, 1/2 skim milk, 1/2 banana. 2 t. of equate clear soluble fiber snce I had no fiber in my cereal. my calories are running low so I will have to up them.

    Good morning everybody and thanks for sharing your lunch with us yesterday. Breakfast is off to a good start now time to think about lunch. What will it be??????????

    It is a rainy day in my part of Texas , so I think a nice bowl of chili it will be/

    bowl of chili. garated chhese and diced onions on top.
    1 bake corn tortilla.
    Coffee.

    Leftovers from last night:

    Boiled chicken breast
    brown rice
    carrots
    broccoli
    spinach
    mushrooms
    tons of black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
    All mixed together, spread out into a casserole dish, sprinkled with mozz. cheese, and baked until hot.

    Hi LOLO , i know how much you love your LOLO. Jack russells are so smart tnd so cute and human like. He knows rverything we are going to do like he can read our mind. We have been bless with Sammy for 4 years. I am keeping an eye on the weather watching for a break to go walking with him.
    He loves his walking and going in the car. And he loves u as much as we love him. But he is a momma boy. of Course.

    It's so funny you say it's like he can read your mind. We always say Lois knows what we are talking about and what we are doing or getting ready to do. She definitely knows our/her routine. She knows when it's Monday. She's sooooo tired on Monday mornings, like a person, it's hilarious!

    1 green onion, chopped
    1/4 cup black beans
    2 tbsps tortilla strips
    1 feta stuffed jalapeno, chopped
    balsamic dressing

    haven't tried it yet, but it looked good when i put it together this morning!

    hmm my lunch was kinda small but really filled me up and was delish...
    1 cup steamed brocolli w. 1 slice monterrey jack cheese melted (yum)
    1 small activia fiber low fast yoghurt (strawberries n cereal) w. 1 sliced banana

    5 slices of Roast Beef
    and a little mustard

    Oh and a peach on the side.

    I have a can of Campbell's Select Harvest Savory Sausage & Vegetable soup. I was running late this morning so I had to grab something fast.
