and i HAVE to share you may know it but it even has charts for specific ratio diets and it its www.nutritiondata.com!!!!! it is great!!! Im almost addicted to it as this and facebook

    I actually just came from this website I had made a recipe that I found online but made so many substitutions so I had nooo idea how much I really consumed so I found this website and it is pretty nifty I just wish it was a little more user friendly because I cannot type in a brand name nor do I have a scale to measure the amount of "grams" in the amount of butter but other than that it was great I typed in the ingredients and I have more of an idea on my calorie consumption. :drinker:
