What is your exercise routine??

Hi all
Im curious to know what everyones exercise routine is?
for example
Cardio training do you do 3x 1hour running per week ?
Strength training - do you do 3 sets of 20 ab crunches + 3 sets of 10 lunges etc
This is an example of what I usually do:
Cardio - 1 hour on the elliptical trainer or 1 hour of brisk walking outdoors - 3x per week
Strength training 3 sets of 20 Ab crunches (sit ups), 3 sets of 10 bicep curls, 3 sets of 10 tricep dumbells - 3x per week.
I just want to know if Im doing enough or not enough. I also am in need of some motivation to keep exercising. It gets tough especially when the scales not budging.

I'm not trying to lose weight, just tone up and gain some strength so I do 15-20 minutes on the cross trainer and 10-20 minutes of free weights and calisthenics (sit-ups, push-ups, lunges) 5 or 6 days per week (sometimes I skip weekends). and I walk the dog for about an hour total every day.
The only thing I vary is the intensity at which I do things. If I work out on the cross-trainer with high resistance one day i'll go lighter the next. Same with the weights. I alternate between heavy weights with low reps and light weights with high reps. hope this helps.0 -
currently i am doing
spinning 3 times a week Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday on those same days I am hitting the weights
Monday- Chest,triceps,shoulders, and abs
Tuesday -legs
Thursday- Back,Bicep,abs
I do numerous weight training- diff reps and different weights- all different types of exercises.0 -
I'm doing couch to 5k for cardio (so running/walking three days a week) and for strength training I'm doing squats, push ups and crunches. For the strength training I'm using the challenge programs from this website: http://www.twohundredsquats.com/ There are links to the sit ups and push ups on that site. I'm doing my sit ups/crunches on an exercise ball.0
