Lose at least 10 more pounds and to be successly through week 6 of C25K.0

Mine is to weigh 10-15 lbs less - hopefully I can do it! I was doing well for awhile, down 8lbs, but then fell off the wagon. Time to get back on it!0

1. to be close to 150.
2. be running 5k easily for my first 5K in October0 -
The last week of September we have a family reunion, and they have not seen me since I was 250lbs. So my end of the summer goal is to be at my goal weight.

To be in the 120's. Even if it's 129, I haven't seen a "2" in the middle on the digital scale in ten years!!0

Mine is to finish 30 day shred (started yesterday) and be down at LEAST 25 more pounds, and two pant sizes.0

By the end of summer I'm hoping to lose about 5-10 pounds. I think that is a good goal for the most part :P0

I've lost pretty much all the weight I wanted, so my goal is to not gain before I go back to college and look fabulous in my new clothes I've bought over the summer! Also to bring my new habits with me to school.0

Goals for summer 2012:
~Complete 5, 10, and 15K races (one of each)- CHECK!
~Complete Sprint Triathlon (tomorrow!)
~Complete Team Olympic Duathlon (9-1-12)
~be content at current weight, and weigh myself no more than once a month.0 -
Honestly, in 6 weeks I hope to be downat least 20 lbs. I know that's a lot, but I have a lot to lose, and at least initially, it seems like it is coming off fast enough for me to meet that goal.0

I have two:
I'd like to be in the 140's--I have 6 lbs to go to 149.
I want to be able to run/jog 20 minutes without stopping--I just started C25K yesterday, so I should be able to do that in 5-6 weeks.0 -
I want to lose my last 1.5 pounds0

My goal is a little bit further out around October. I would like to be at my goal weight in the 130's & my reward to my self is going to be my first Tattoo!0

My goal is to hit my goal! I am only 9lbs away,! I know it isn't impossible, in fact it is super realistic! And an NSV, to force myself to wear my bikini in public, this is more a mental thing than anything to do with my weight at this point.

My end of summer goal 9 weeks from now is to be 15lbs lighter, and then would put my ultimate goal to lose only 89 more lbs....i'll be happy when I have less then 100lbs to lose! I also want to get into the habit of toning my arms!0

My goal is to break this non losing streak that I am in. I would love to get below 150lbs which is totally doable if I can start to lose instead of gain. I think I am gaining water weight right now though.0

Well thanks! I just have to get over my fear of it...I haven't worn a bikini anywhere but in my own backyard since 9th grade0 -
Lose 5kg min (from 50 to 45)
Run 100 meters (foot operations killed me )0 -
Run 10 Miles. According to my half marathon training plan I will actually be at 11 mi that week! I am finding the long runs very very hard!0
