That I'm proud to be a big girl and I'm setting an example of self love no matter what...huge lie considering I was/am ashamed and a self hater at best

My big weight gain was because I had a hysterectomy at 28 and it slowed my metabolism down. Yeah, total lie. My weight gain was because I ate everything I could get my hands on!

Skinny people are so lucky to be able to eat whatever they want and still stay thin. I'm so unlucky to be fat.

(Not that it has anything to do with eating healthy, small portions and working out like crazy at the gym...)

    yup all of the above!

The one I have been (still am) struggling with most is: No man will love me or want to be with me until I am a size __(insert tiny size here).

    It's not that bad.

No, idiot, it was that bad. And worse. So glad I finally opened my eyes and got help.

This is about food and being fat, but also soo much more. Life went to crap for a while and everything was that bad...

That being a mommy meant I had to sacrifice loving my body. Not there, yet, but its definitely not a lie I believe any more.

OMG, I deal with that thought all.the.time.

This is so much more than losing weight for me. It's all about the heart change that goes along with it!

If i lose weight i will have to buy new clothes, and i cant afford to buy new clothes. ( and i still try to beat myself up with this one)

But my new one is, If I have flabby skin after this, im not having surgery, i will just gain the weight back.. (stupid i know, but it is one of my fears)
