    'Never p*ss off your hairdresser.'

    Not as motivating as the rest but good advice nonetheless! Another would be 'Try before you buy.'

    My dad taught me this:

    Actions = Consequences.

    Whatever I do will have an effect somehow, good or bad and I need to accept the fact that if I make the choice knowing what the possible/probable repercussions will be, I cannot blame anyone but myself.

    I chose to do the action, and I will accept whatever comes of it. I choose to binge on pizza one night? I will take the sodium hit and scale change and not complain. I choose to break into someones house? I accept the fact that i if I am caught I could die from the homeowner taking a shot at me.

    Life is choices and we have to make the best ones for us and accept the fact that everything we do has a consequence. We need to accept that and by choosing to do an action, I also choose to accept the consequences of that action.

    The only thing you have absolute control over is yourself. You may be able to influence others, but if they're not listening then you just have to let go and move on.

    Love this one.

    "hide your kids, hide your wife"

    Hahaha, havent seen that video in a while.

    For gym advice, my friend once told me when I lacked motivation just ask myself "Why am I here?" Answering that question always gives a big boost!
