    Working cattle or roping are my favorite workouts...going horseback burns an amazing amount of calories if you go at it pretty hard:)

    I'm an elliptical junkie. I love using the lolo elliptical app on iPhone. It's like a personal trainer and you can upload your own music to it. The music will slow/speed up to match your speed. It's awesome!

    Running when the weather permits and the area isn't too plain/boring.
    But tennis is also a fun, calorie-burning activity (about 500 cals an hour!)

    But that doesn't feel like a workout :)

    In the Spring and Autumn I trail run, but in the Summer I'm in the gym. It's a very basic gym so I mostly do strength training - barbell squats are my favourite.

    I'd love to have access to a gym with fun classes like hip hop dance or hot yoga, but for the time being I make do with the local sports centre gym.

    I'm really into SPIN (so much that I became a certified instructor). Great for cardio and legs!!

    but my true love is crossfit. I can't get enough!!!

    I get bored easily. So I mix up my workout. I love mt. Biking, jogging, 30 day shred, kickboxing, walking to name a few. I try to not get stagnant in one routine.

    Currently doing the venusindex workouts! Shape based instead of weight based. Doing 3 strength workouts a week. No cardio...LOVE IT.

    beach volleyball. it's all the squats lunges and running you get from a gym, but it's fun and team oriented. the sand makes it oooohhh so much harder!! but great results! over 700 calories burnt
