When you are feeling down

When you are feeling down and out what are some things you do to make yourself feel better?


Besides stress eating (which I am now trying to break out of) one of my consistent "cheer me up" websites has been cuteoverload.com. Nothing makes me smile more then looking at pictures of cute baby animals (and I means puking rainbows cute haha).

    My remedy is one that feels the best AFTER, not before or while. It's exercise. It releases endorphines in your body. Also afterward, I nice hot bubble bath with candles. Yeah it's cliche, but it works for me. :D

    i also enjoy reading. If it's a really bad day I watch finding nemo. Or crafting....if I don't have supplies I get on pinterest for new craft ideas. I really like making things for other people because seeing them smile makes me feel good.
