My goal is to make it to the gym at least 4 times this week! I'd also like to find healthier and quick lunch foods that don't include SALAD! I've had about all I can eat!

We have two large veggie gardens - and my goal for this week (and all summer) is not to let any of those fresh veggies go to waste! I'm eating a ton more veggies that way - and sharing with people at work. Green beans, various squash, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, snap peas, lettuce, asparagus, celery, strawberries, and more!

Go to the gym 4 days and to stay away from the peanut butter m&ms at work. My will power just lasts so long when those are around!

To continue my exercise routine despite the fact that this is the wedding week...could be challenging-but I'll have my old hiking trails back so that helps.

3x5 set of squats at 405.

Endurance has been killing me on squats. I feel good on the first set then fade fast.
