            To eat no lower calories than my BMR. I'm having weight loss stall issues:sad:0

            My goal is to make it to the gym at least 4 times this week! I'd also like to find healthier and quick lunch foods that don't include SALAD! I've had about all I can eat!0

            We have two large veggie gardens - and my goal for this week (and all summer) is not to let any of those fresh veggies go to waste! I'm eating a ton more veggies that way - and sharing with people at work. Green beans, various squash, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, snap peas, lettuce, asparagus, celery, strawberries, and more!0

            Go to the gym 4 days and to stay away from the peanut butter m&ms at work. My will power just lasts so long when those are around!0
