    Drink more water and stay under my goal for sodium.

    After dropping my intital 15lbs, Ive started to slack a little bit with the clean eating. Starting Sunday i will be following my diet to the tee again, and hopefully drop the next 15lbs this month :)

    Mine is to walk 4 miles a day five days a week, then move up to 6 miles a day, and finally attempt the C25K program.
