    unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    liquid egg whites
    veggies (avocado, spinach, red onion, peppers, cucumber)

    #1 item is edamame in snack size steamer packs. Great snack with fiber and protein.

    Other that that I don't have any set items, but I like to have a good balance of salty/savory and sweet foods so I don't end up bothered by cravings. Fruit and honey wheat pretzels?

    I usually make a gorgeous bowl of fruit salad with berries, melon, apples and grapes and we much off of it all week long.

    Unsweetened blue diamond vanilla almond milk; laughing cow cheese..(the cinnamon is my favorite now but I rotate) and protien bars. (think thin chocolate dipped nuts is the go to for now). Good luck it is a challenge!
