    I've missed a few days due to injury but I've added 3.5 miles of running. This is a total of 22.02 miles!

    Probably won't hit my goal because I still can't run very much, but I'll get as close as I can!

    OH I LOVE this! I want to get in on the September challenge. I just found this thread. What do you do? Set a goal, and track it in this thread?

    Yes, Karischulte, you need to set a distance goal (miles or km) and check back periodically to let Dinos know what progress you have made. Your goal can be running, walking, cycling, swimming, or anything else that you can track in miles or km, or all of the above. You are only competing against yourself. Dinos tracks our progress in a spreadsheet and needs to know how far you have gone and what your goal was. Most people use Ticker Factory. Bluiz13 will create the new thread around Sept 1. If you can't find it, feel free to send me a message. One thing though, please don't join unless you are really going to work toward your goal ... people who say they are going to do the challenge and then drop out create extra work for Dinos and are kind of annoying to the rest of us.     Haven't been around much for the last 5 days... And those last 4 days that I had orders of "no running/no nothing" did put me way behind for the MYA Challenge! I'll try to catch up... :ohwell:
