Woo hoo!!!! Next month I am not gonna separate walking/ jogging and biking... Gonna be lazy and lump it all together. Dinos, I don't know how you can keep track of everyone! I have a hard enough time tracking my own stuff.

Plenty of reasons to be cheerful about my August performance:
I worked out almost 40 hours, swam 12.3 miles, hiked 65 miles on very hilly terrain in extreme heat or/and headwinds and I still have a shot to reach my goal if I manage to ride 20K tomorrow :bigsmile:
Now, I don't want you to think that I'm some kind of weirdo spending my holidays working out. The workouts only take a couple of hours, there's plenty of time left to party :smokin:0 -
