    Woo hoo!!!! Next month I am not gonna separate walking/ jogging and biking... Gonna be lazy and lump it all together. Dinos, I don't know how you can keep track of everyone! I have a hard enough time tracking my own stuff. :embarassed:

    8-1: 6 mi walk/ jog
    8-3: 6 mi walk/ jog
    8-4: 2 mi bike
    8-6: 6 mi walk/ jog
    8-8: 6 mi walk/ jog
    8-9: 6 mi bike

    7 miles to log (4 miles Aug 28th and 3 miles Aug 29th)....26 miles to go (I see I will fall short a bit this month..boo! :grumble: Will still try today and tomorrow to add more miles to the total

    Maybe next month I can get those 150 miles all in :smile:

    Plenty of reasons to be cheerful about my August performance:

    I worked out almost 40 hours, swam 12.3 miles, hiked 65 miles on very hilly terrain in extreme heat or/and headwinds and I still have a shot to reach my goal if I manage to ride 20K tomorrow :bigsmile:

    Now, I don't want you to think that I'm some kind of weirdo spending my holidays working out. The workouts only take a couple of hours, there's plenty of time left to party :smokin:

    1.4 miles walked again today :)

    ... final run of the month for me (tomorrow is a Rest Day! Yay!). 4 mile (tempo) run to bring me over goal by 2 miles :wink: :happy: Well done to everyone - lots of *kitten* moving this month.
