    My weight is dropping extremely slow, due to the fact that i do just as much resistance training as I do cardio, so my muscle gain is almost the same weight as my fat loss. But, I might be able to lose 5 pounds during this month. Honestly, I've begun to not care about the scale too much, because I'm seeing drastic changes in my body, and I know I'm building a signifigant amount of lean muscle. I always bring it! ;D

    Honestly, I'd love to be featured on Hot Chicks with Abs (for those of you who've heard of it), fit comfortably into my size 2 jeans, and of course, look steller in my many, many beautiful bikini's I bought recently! Most importantly, I want to improve (and already have improved so so so much) with my confidence. I've never been actually happy with myself, but, I'm beginning to get that feeling, and it feels amazing! :D

    What is one thing you have been wanting to do when you have lost enough weight?
    Have a fabulous vacation to HAWAII happening in December and I am going to wear a bathing suit on the beach there and not feel like I need to be hanging out with the beached whales!!!

    I'd like to fit into some cute clothes I have that are back in style. And figure out what type of exercise I can do. I'm falling apart, arthritis in knees, tennis elbow pain. I have some good videos I used before my my VCRs aren't working, darn it.
