    I am not unhappy with this at all, since I am just finishing up a full week off - meaning maintenance calories and no workouts, for my vacation that included my son's wedding! Remember that the thread resets at 500, and gives you a link to the next chapter of the thread.

    So I didn't lose any from last week but I at really bad and didn't workout like I was because work was stressful & busy for me so I am happy that i didn't gain any like I thought i would. Then i got busy again & couldn't post on Wednesday like I wanted to.
    I'm hoping next week will be better.

    I want to buy a whole new wardrobe & be able to wear dresses & heels everywhere. I want to fit in a size 7/8 junior skinny jeans. I started out a size 12 in junior jeans & am now a size 9/10. ADD me everyone! :smile:

    Reason for losing weight going on vacation and don't want to be scared wearing my bikini. Also, tired of clothes being to tight and having to suck it in constantly. I want to look good for my honey and mainly ME!

    Well made it back from vacation and went back up to 144.2 but hey I almost ate what I wanted. Being in a different country it was hard to eat period much less healthy. Happy to have been there and happy to be home. But back to reality. Back to the diet.

    As I weigh in on Mondays (in my part of the world) it seems I have an extra weigh-in date. It also seems that I was generously easy on myself with my goal weight for these 2-3 weeks that I've been with this challenge!

    SW: 158.7 (72kg)
    CW: 158.7 (72kg)
    GW: 155.5 (70.5kg)

    NEW GOAL WEIGHT: 153 (69.5kg) (not a huge difference because I expect it won't be as simple as last week)

    UGW: 130 (59kg)

    oh ty for asking yea after the last one everything so far is okay... i not ready for exercising or anything just eating my portion and under calories...so hopefully this 1 and half i can get some maybe 2 pounds...if not o well next month i will lose 5 pounds... positive thought...glad i'm alive... :)
