    People who don't worry about bills/other expenses say money is not that important.

    Its very important if you do not have enough. I am lucky to say I do.

    Yup, I would never have to work OT again and retire at 55. That is still my goal though :)

    I would take the instant million. I still want to work and do all that fun stuff, but the million would pay off all of my loans, pay for me to get a second degree, and a Ph.D. Pay for my mom to get a nice house and one for myself as well. And pay off my car. Plus more. That's all I would need.

    My thinking is the risk for the 100 million is reasonable compared to the reward. One million dollars I can get myself set up fairly well and/or help a small number of people, 100 million I can work at helping so many more. Well worth taking the chance.
