    You know me but here is my info:

    Goal: hmmm, I don't really have one right now! I'm thinking I want to drop another 5-10 pounds and/or just get more muscle definition.
    Workout history: been working hard for the past year: running 3 days a week midway through Round 2 of p90x, I HATE yoga! Cardio junkie but I do strength training 3 days a week too.
    Equipment: treadmill, bicycle, 3lb, 5 lb 8 lb and 10 lb weights, balance ball, pilates ball, resistence bands.
