The ONLY thing I am doing is burning more calories than I am taking in. I don't eat "clean" I eat what I want within reason and keep it under goal :happy:
I'm starting week 3 of C25K and staying between 1500-1600 cals a day. MFP has me set at 1670 for the day. I have a desk job so I chose sedentary as my activity level with 30 min workouts 3x a week.0 -
Great progress! Isn't it funny that something so little can just set us off? Something very similar happened to me when I decided this was it.

Hi Everyone I weight 339 pounds and now I am down 290. I started at the beginning of April. I workout a least 30 minutes a day. Hard work pays off0

I started this trek weighing in at 333 lbs and 3 months later I am 308. I am 5' 7"
The photo on the left is the one that did me in. As soon as I saw that photo on my friends Facebook page, I was MORTIFIED. The next day I joined MFP and the rest is history. I still have over 100lbs to lose, but wanted to post my success so far, because you never know who you may inspire
