Hello, I'm 5ft 8 and I'm aiming for 154lbs/70kg or so for the time being. Being tall, I'm also fairly broad shouldered so I don't want to go too far! Although I imagine I'll want to go further once I reach it (in my head I'm secretly considering 147lbs/66.5kg)

Yay for being 5'8! I'm currently 122, I've been at a lot of higher and lower weights but this one is the one I tend to gravitate to when I'm eating healthily (I have a *really* tiny frame) and I get sick least often at! I don't have a goal weight, I have a goal shape and health goals that involve eating less sugar, lol! :)

I'm at 5'8.5" sw 165 (well, 170ish) cw 151 gw 149 (or maybe now, 145!) I'm pretty large, I have size 11 feet and large hands, so anything below 140 wouldn't look right.

Hi, I am 5ft 8 and here is my wee timeline of my weights and goals:

University: I was 65 kilos ( skinny and loved it!)
Pre- Pregnancy: ( 10 years later) 70 kilos ( still not bad)
    Last year: ( I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old) : 85 kilos! ( CHUBBY!!)
One year on: 72 kilos ( happier! BMI is normal)

GOAL: 65 kilos ( why not!!.. but not killing myself to get here!!!)

Run every other day, for one hour and eat and record everything I eat!..

    Thanks for reading!

I am almost 5'8" and my original goal weight was 175. I got to 174 last Friday and have reevaluated. My new goal weight is 163. That will put me in the healthy BMI range.

    Hey,

    I'm 5ft 10"

    SW: 181lbs / BMI: 26
    (Monday 25th June, 2012)

    CW: 165lbs / BMI: 23.5
    (Sunday 29th July, 2012)

    GW: 140lbs / BMI: 20 (10 stone / 63.5kgs)

According to BMI calculators, I could afford to go down to 129lbs before I'd be classed as underweight.
Once I get a bit closer to my goal of 140lbs I'll reassess, and if 140lbs is too low, or too high, then I'll change my goal.

    Good luck everyone :-)

I'm aiming for 145 which is my ore-pregnancy weight before my first. I was 135 at my wedding 9 years ago so I don't think it's unrealistic. I'm about 5'8".
