    I accept this challenge! 2 miles a day would be 62 miles! I will do it!

    YOU CAN DO IT!!,MY NAME IS AMEE,AND I STARTTED AT 222LBS THAT # WILL BE BURNED INT OMY HEAD 4EVEA!,.I WAS AN X SMOKER,AND MY FEET AND KNEES WERE ALWAYS SORE,..PLUS I WAS EMBARRESSED TO WALK IN MY NEIGBORHOOD....SO, I BOUGHT A DVD WALKING W/ LESLIE SANSONE.I JUST STARTED WALKING AND SOON I WAS DOWN 13 LBS ,MAINTAINED IT A YEAR AND THEN LITTLE BY LITTE ADDED MORE THINGS,I'M NOW 192.IF YA EVER WANNA TALK OR NEED SOMEONE TO COMPLAIN 2 ,I'M HERE! KEEP UP THE GOOD WRK!! YOU CAN DO IT!!

    Hi there,
    I am new here but will aim for 30 miles this month. I have already logged some miles this month. I am glad to have a place to go to get some support. Thanks everyone.......We are strong, we can do it......just take it easy and don't over do it. :)

    Ohhh I totally want to do this! I will go for 50 miles as well. Does elliptical count as well?

    Nice job everyone! I'm an avid runner but still trying to lose a little weight like anyone else. I wanted to let you know about a great app I use called WalkJogRun (For the iPhone). It tracks your mileage with a GPS and also you can see week to week and month to month how many miles you've done. I thought it would be beneficial to you doing this challenge.

    21.6 down, only 28.4 to go.

    When we are all finished it would be fun add up all of our grand totals and see how many miles we ALL walked combined!

    I'm starting late, Aug. 9, but I'm up to try the 50. Need the push to get me ack onthe walking habit. 2 mi. today only 48 more to go.:laugh:

    Well, since I just started here I'm not sure of what I am capable of doing, I will commit to 30 minutes of walking 3 times per week to get me started and find out how far I can go.
