Mine is to be 115 lbs by 2013, so I need to loose 24 more pounds!

    Mine originally was 130 lbs. I'm pretty much fluctuating around there so no more number goal for me. Now it's more about a goal look and fitness goals that I have.

    To lose 13 inches all around my body, since I measured and my goal measurements are minus 13 inches total from what I started out with! And to be 20-21% body fat from 31%!! And to go from average lame depressed 160-155lbs to super badass fit awesome at 130-135 lbs!!!

  • My 1st goal is to lose 15 lbs by September 15th. Long term will be to lose 80 pounds and to be accountable to myself about what I eat by logging on MFP for a full year. I'm on day 25 so far. :)

    Was 130 by August 7th...at 134 now, so not gonna make it!

    But...looking forward to setting some new goals and continuing to make progress!

  • I have 5 more pounds to go but I'm stuck at 125 pounds. It might take me until Christmas to make it :)
  • I want to be around 125. If I keep my eating right (which is the difficult part), then I should reach that goal by November :)

    My goal was 135 now it is 122 to get me slap bang in the middle of the healthy BMI range. Don't have a date though

    To either be 160 and look healthy/lean/ and have abs showing OR have a body fat % below 10%.

    I want to get under 200lbs by the time school starts ( thats roughly 4lbs in 3 weeks)...my ticker is set at 145 for my ultimate goal, but honestly not sure it is realistic anymore. I am lifting now, so I am not losing weight, but I am losing inches. Clothes are fitting that I haven't worn since I was 30 pounds lighter! If I get down to a size 8, I will consider myself done no matter what the scale says!

    When I started this originally I was 134 and was wating to be 105-110. I got there and it didn't look good! Gained back to 127, here I am today at 121 and would like to be 115!

    Hi I just started this today and I want to lose 30 lbs (from 150 to 120) by jan. 1. I am a 45 year old mom of 2 teenagers so it's harder now but I am going to Hawaii in march and don't want to be running away from the camera like I have been for the last few years! I am only 5'4" (okay 5'3 1/2") so I think 120 is reasonable. I also want to tone my arms and abs but don't want to join a gym so any tips would be appreciated!

    To get down to 200lbs no time limit as long as i get there, slow and steady, it will be 115 lbs lost, 56lbs to go

  • My goal is 125, have about 42 pounds to go. Think I will be there by Jan 1, 2013. Due to health issues had to really change my life style to include better eating habits and start exercising.
