I have found that typing in what I am eating, is making me want to exercise, so that I am under calories each day.
It's quite motivating

short term, to be able to wear my bikini in 3 weeks
then to be 130- 135 by halloween, 18-23 lbs to go
then long term is to stay skinny, if I can stay skinny for a year, im going to get a tattoo on my side :happy:0 -

Short term goal is to be down 35 lbs by my birthday at the end of September. Down 24 so far.
After that, I want to be under 300 by my daughter's graduation next May (64 to go to get to that)
I don't really have a set ultimate goal yet. According to BMI, I would need to get down to at least 154 to be in the "average" range. I was thinking more 160-180ish. Depends how I feel/look when I get there.0
