Mine is coffee. With cream. I can't NOT have it. I use sugar free cream, though! :drinker:

    I don't have one. I always thought it would be chocolate, but last month I went the entire month without a single gram of the stuff. If I put my mind to it, I can eliminate any food from my diet.

    Gyros. I eat one every Sunday aka my "cheat day." The place around the corner from my condo makes the best gyros in the city.

    I can't go without crab legs and butter, I don't eat it often but when I am home I eat the hell out of em. I always thought steak was my weakness but I have only had steak a couple times since June 3.

    Real mayonnaise, although I use the type with olive oil....and when drinking soda, which is not as often anymore, it has to be the real Dr. Pepper. That stuff is so addicting!

    The argument I have heard is that you should try to avoid eating more than 2 WHOLE eggs in a day. The reason is because the yolk is high in cholesterol. You can have 2 whole eggs and substitute the rest with egg white, that would be fine.

    My boyfriend is on a HUGE Coca-Cola kick. It;s the weirdest thing. Ever since we started out diet, two months later he is like hooked to coke cans! It's weird, and I give him a hard time about it lol. 39 Grams of suger PER CAN!!!

    I also have two every morning. I awlays have in the back of my mind " you shouldnt eat two eggs every morning".. but something tells me its not at all bad. I eat them boiled, one with a yolk, one without.. it curbs my appetite and gives me the energy I need in the AM.

    Pringles! I need the sodium/salt intake for my low blood pressure. After working out real hard I have a small tub of Pringles which helps me not feel wozzy...per doctors orders (true).

    I can't give up my nachos.. though lately i've been just trying to stick with the chips and salsa, which is not even 200 calories per serving, so it works. Sometimes though, I HAVE to have cheese lol

    Good Lord woman. I too make ym own iced coffee! No sugar, just sugar free cream! I think I love you!
