    Beer, for sure. I have never taken that out of my diet.

    CHIPOTLE!!! I allow myself Chipotle once in a while...It's SOO good, I can't take it out completely lol

    Garlic. I don't know if that counts but I cook most of my own food and I put it in EVERYTHING except deserts. If someone told me I couldn't eat garlic anymore I might starve.

    I love eggs.

    The argument I have heard is that you should try to avoid eating more than 2 WHOLE eggs in a day. The reason is because the yolk is high in cholesterol. You can have 2 whole eggs and substitute the rest with egg white, that would be fine.

    Well yeah, you can't really eat a ton of anything every day. I eat 2/day :)

    I eat 3 eggs every morning....

    Coffee with half/half. Not fat free half/half. Not sugar free fake creamer. Half/half.

    If I drink it iced, I don't need sugar. I need a teaspoon if it's hot.

    I can't give up my nachos.. though lately i've been just trying to stick with the chips and salsa, which is not even 200 calories per serving, so it works. Sometimes though, I HAVE to have cheese lol

    This. It is nice that chips and salsa are only 200 cals a serving. Now, if I can only get my servings under 47 each time I start eating them, I will be just fine......

    I don't use sugar free, I like the almond joy, peppermint patty, chocolate flavored type haha it's my treat

    Ranch dressing. I can do light....fat free.......low cal....whatever. But I just can't have a salad without ranch.

    Greek yogurt with strawberry's, raspberry's, blueberry's and blackberry's with ground organic flax. I have this every single day with a large teaspoon of chia seeds. Yummmmmmmmmmy!
