  • samantha115 & briicheese, welcome! Anyone else that would like to join are more than welcome as well.

    Everyone has done a great job this week, let's keep up the good work!! We've got 4 more weeks until Thanksgiving. 2lbs+/week is the goal, and many people in this group have lost even more than that this past week!

    I lost 1.5lbs this week, which is good, but I think I will try and focus on no late eating. I tend to meet my caloric goals and then add little snacks at night that put me a tad over. Also, I am going to step up my cardio workouts dramatically. 2.5 lbs (or more) WILL come off this week!

    I'm in. I just reached my first goal of losing ten pounds, so losing another ten by turkey day would be fantastic( but possibly a little hard).

  • Good luck with the weigh in tomorrow everyone! I am actually not expecting too great of numbers because I had a very "Happy" Halloween...I've spent the rest of the week making up for it though, so here's hoping! Either way, 3 more weeks to Thanksgiving!

    yeah, another pound down, 182.0...i got on the scale 3 times to make sure it stayed at 182.0 and it did, so its official, i am almost to 180.0, I haven't seen that number in so long. Turkey Day I am going to look so FAB, I will post a current pic soon

    Reflecting on this past week, I stayed mostly at or under my suggested calories intake. I resisted Halloween, but caved in on Sunday. I did not keep track of my calories on Sunday and I know that I exceeded my calories intake.
    I exercised 5 times last week, which consisted of walking for 1 hour at about 3mph and 20 minutes of stretches and core strengthening for my back.

    Up 2 lbs this week. It's TOM. It made me depressed to even look and I've been at the gym everyday this week at 5 AM. I dont' think I'm going to make my goal but I'll take a run at it. Thanks for the motivation everyone!

    Well, as I expected, I did not have a great week, pounds wise. I am happy that I did not gain, however, given my weekend activities. I don't have anything planned this coming weekend so I hope to see a big number next week! My goal is 3 pounds each week until T-giving!

    Side note: I also started a new workout routine, and saw my body fat percentage drop nearly 1% this week!! So I think I am still losing fat & inches even if the scale stayed a little stagnant! I still want the scale to drop though! hehe

    My weigh in isn't very good this week, I didn't even lose .1 lol, but that's ok because I had a really good one last week. I'm actually still right on schedule, so I can't complain!

    So far I'm still at a 4 pound loss. But I did do good this week and stayed within my calories for sure. So hopefully I'll see the effort rewarded in next week's weigh in!

    Well I guess I didn't loose anything this week after all:sad: I just looked at my reports & no weight loss. So scratch my name off as a Frown instead of a Smile for this 2nd week's weigh in. Argggg.

    Ms. Barbarella put the chocolate raisins in the BF bag when he leaves so you'll quit eating them. While your at it put my Chocolate Miniatures bars in bags too:laugh: :laugh: It's killing my efforts!

    On the upside...I've been good today:flowerforyou: I shall keep being good....(I will repeat 1000 times)

  • We have 3 weeks left (from yesterday) until Thanksgiving, so lets make them count! I don't know about you guys, but I am usually pretty good during the week and then I slip up on the weekends. My goal for this weekend is to record everything and stay in my calorie range! I also want to make sure I get a couple good workouts in. I need to treat the weekends like the weekdays!!

    Yes, my weekend are horrible, that is where I can bearly keep up with my calories, and this weekend I have Military Drill duty, its going to be very unstable, but Ima do my best
  • Good morning everyone! I hope we all had great weeks. I was pleasantly surprised that I lost 5 lbs this week!! (I had been semi-plateauing for a couple weeks though).

    Pounds to lose before Turkey Day: 3.5! That's less than 2/lbs/week. Let's do this!
