High Sodium suggestions

Canned soup is a pretty good option. Ramen noodles as well. Cooking with bouillon cubes is a good way to add salt as well as soy sauce while giving something flavor. Ice cream is good too, it has a fair amount of sodium.0

chicken sausage is not bad calorically - it's very tasty and ridiculously high in sodium. dig in! ((I'm jealous))0

I agree with using bullion. mine has 5 cals and 920 mgs sodium in 1 tsp. salted nuts are good also
3 tsp's a dat and you're set with buillion.0 -

It is a tough trade. Lots of tasty high sodium things, but also lots of dizziness and passing out. So I'm not sure it is worth the trade for those who are jealous! :laugh:0
