    It is a great program I too, started it in April and ran my first 5K last weekend! I adapted it to my needs an ability and kinda went off on my own after week 8. But I along with many others could not run 30 seconds even if something was chasing me lol! Good luck to you!

    It's a good program -- I've gotten my girls running with it.
    But after two weeks for me - I sort of went off on my own and came back to just kicking myself to get out there.

    I'm currently running 4.4 kms and upping my speed and distance every time out.

    My solution was to put language lessons on my ipod -- music just got me going too fast.

    I remember I was dreading the 20 minute run, I nailed it with no problem at all. The next week had two 10 minute runs, that I had to try over about 3 times. I was always like WTF I just ran 20 minutes straight and now I cant run for 10, walk for 6 and run for 10 more. LOL now I look back at the situation it seems comical.
