Any forty + members out there who wants a motivating buddy? I was 46 yesterday (eeeek thats the first time iv either written or said it!) Currently doing lots of exercise on my 6 week holiday to try and rid this flab! Add me please

    I was freaked out right before my 40th birthday, then a friend said to me "Turning 40 is better than NOT ever turning 40." That made me look at it in a whole different way. Since then, I've decided that I've only got so much time to live this life, to do as much as I possibly can before it's all taken away from me. My new motto is "you only live once!". :drinker: I will be 42 in January, and I can honestly say that I have had more fun since turning 40 than I had in all of my 30's. :bigsmile:

    And anyone can add me, btw. I'm here every day! :smile:

    There is a great theme song that I learned from Jason Mraz "All I got is my 40"...it wasn't really about age, but a 40 ounce drink. I have made my own lyrics just the same. Anyone is free to add me. Out here every day and love the company and motivation. Good luck.
