Cottage Cheese Pickle Peanut Sandwich

Ingredients:
2/3 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup peanut butter (coarse/chunky)
1/3 cup diced sweet or dill pickles
8 slices of bread
2 tablespoons of milk
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 beaten egg

Combine cottage cheese, peanut butter, and pickles.

Spread generously over 4 slices of bread, and cover with the other 4 slices.

Add milk and salt to the beaten egg, and mix well.

Dip both sides of the sandwich in the egg mixture and then add to skillet. Brown on both sides.

ENJOY!! OMG OMG
