The running helps so much with motivation, the music I listen to as well, really keeps me focussed on what I could look like, I just hope I'm not being too optimistic. I'm giving myself 9.5 months to lose the 75lbs, just need to get the diet under control and find more filling low calorie things. Having two small children is making it so much harder to do the dieting.0
