I've decided to try Intermittent Farting. You basically skip breakfast, then you Fart, Intermittently. Most common practice is the 16/8 IF plan where you hold it for 16 seconds then you rip one for 8 seconds. The other alternative method of IF is called Fart, Stop, Fart, but that's more of an alternate day plan.
BCAA's optional.
I need some fart advice, to speed my weightloss on the 16/8 IF plan, do I go for the loud obnoxious ones or the silent but deadly? I read on the internet that the silent but deadly ones burns more calories due to the fermentation process in the making of it. I need to know so I can corporate the right foods into my diet for the desired fart effect.0 -
I tried a farting cleanse once- where you eat nothing but beans an broccoli for 3 straight days and clinch your but cheeks (to build up pressure) until the 4th day- during which you spend the entire day releasing the gas.
That day almost got me fired and divorced...
