Win 1000 medals, who cares. Your food still sucks
*thumbs up*
So wrong and out of date you wouldn't believe it. British food has come a very long way, and beats our (as in North American) cooking hands down.
I was just there in 2010. It sucked where I was. But then again, I'm used to flavor. I think I'm the only person to go on a vacation and lose 8lbs. But the beers and ciders are fantastic!!
Lost 8lbs?!?!? SMH.0 -

Is cribbage an Olympic event this year?
How bout that Andy Murray. What a nice chap. He was Hungry Like a Wolf!
But I still don't know why You Can't Get No....Satisfaction...with having a jolly good show???
Brilliant! thread by the way.0 -

The US just makes everything taste better
Having deducted my conclusion from all these arguments...i can safely say....The US has indirectly and most certainly contributed to GB winning ALL of their medals. :laugh:0 -
Gold/Silver/Bronze TOTAL
1 China 32 19 14 65
2 United States 29 15 19 63
3 Great Britain 19 12 12 43
Dear Britain, consider yourself crushed =p

Was born there, mother still cooks like it. Also know that if you flavor your meat, you are telling the person that the meat may not be fresh.0 -
What an incredibly racist thread
I'm actually really disappointed in some of these responses on here about UK and USA. And quite offended by a lot of them.
Shame on you all, really.
What was this website again? Oh yeah, about support. Forgot for a moment. Christ.
Everyone should just get off their high ****ing horse.0 -

Then I can assume your mother cooks like the good old post war days of rationing. My grandmother cooked like that. Drop by the island some time and I'll show you some great cooking.0 -

lol I was gonna say the same thing. Most of the good food there is actually ethnic foods. And even though same can be said for American cuisine, US have a lot of decent dishes of its own, specially in the south0 -
