I just decided to do a success story because I've never done one and I felt like I'd earned it even though I'm still 8lbs away from my goal weight. =]

    I really didn't exercise at all and ate whatever I wanted before, so as soon as I cut my calories, I immediately dropped the first 50lbs easily. After that I started adding in a few small exercises like hoop dancing and did 30 Day Shred 3x per week to drop the rest of the weight. It was really about self control and small portions for me!
