    just ate a whole wheat sandwich thin, pb2, banana and water - 250cal lunch. I'm saving my calories. I have a movie date with the kiddos...frozen pizza and heath torte. Yummo!!!

    1 large banana
    1-11/2 cup organic coconut milk
    2 tlbs creamy peanut butter
    (I'm feeling some blueberries today so I might add em)
