I am 5' 3'' and since the beginning of June of 2012 I have lost over 100 lbs! I weighed in at my heaviest then at 234 lbs. Now my last weigh in was 124.4! Since I am 5' 3'' my goal weight to get to is 115 lbs. So I only have a little under 10 lbs to go! I have just watched my portion sizes and made sure that I cut down a lot of the sweet foods that I ate a lot of before I decided it was time to make a change in my life. I feel more confident than ever before. I feel a lot more comfortable in my clothes and going out in public. You just keep at it and you will see results. You don't have to starve yourself to lose weight. Just stick to your goals and you will get there. I know that there are good days and bad days as far as being able to stick to being healthy and not overeating when I feel stressed. But getting back up and realizing that you are not back where you started in the beginning helped me a lot when I would have the bad days. It helped me not to give up and pick myself up the next day and do the best I could to stick with it. Reminding myself that just because I have bad days it doesn't mean that I haven't made any progress and being healthy physically was my main focus. Not just losing weight or some diet plan that never worked for me in the first place. And now where I am I do feel a lot healthier and a lot happier. I have more energy and when I put the right foods in me I have way more energy than filling my "gas tank" with the wrong type of gas and not being able to "run as well". You are a success right now where you are! You can do it and it is worth it! Keep up the good work :flowerforyou:0

what the hey...I've been lurking long enough, and I'm still a work in progress. I'm 5'4.5
I had very few before pictures to choose from - I generally avoided cameras...but this should give you the idea.
probably around 170?
currently bouncing between 140-145
I'm on the edge of someone's instagram pic - I just realized how yellow the filter made my legs look...but it's one of the only full body shots I could find.

I just started my lifestyle makeover on January 4th of this year but I have made alot of changes in my life and cant wait to post my success pictures someday. My profile picture is me at approximately 203 pounds. Initially when i started I was 210 pounds. I have stopped drinking all alcohol, drink lots of water, eat a lot of veggies, fruits, whole grains, legumes, lean meats etc and exercise generally 3-5 times a week. I portion out everything I eat and occasionally indulge in something I want but stick to my overall calorie count and just exercise more. Still a long ways to go until I reach my goal of 130 lbs but I will get there oh by the way I am 5'4.5"0

All of you are a great motivation. Started my new and healthy lifestyle 2 weeks ago, lost 3 1/4 pounds in first week and next weigh day tomorrow (not too optimistic though as its that time of the month!!).
Doing the 30 day shred mon - sat and it's killing me, on day 6 of level 1. Started with Hannah Watermans body blitz but saw good reviews for 30DS so go stuck into that. Will post results at the end.0 -
You look great! (and 10 years younger)0
