Hi, I'm Jenny, and I'm jumping into a health plan with both feet. My immediate goal is to lose 15 lb by the end of October - that's 12 weeks away. Based on past attempts, I think it's a reachable goal.
The harder part, I know, will be the maintenance of the healthy lifestyle. Been there, done that, haven't we all?
