I noticed that there weren't many places to "discuss" TOM for us ladies...so I found it useful for a group! Just letting everyone know:) B*tch, Whine, Postulate, problem solve....anything goes! Us ladies have MANY issues with TOM....use it as you please.

    I hate it!! I keep hoping it will be easier to deal with when I lose the weight. But it's not fair!! What do men have to deal with that compares? It's not fair!

    well...they have the "expectancy to provide" ...but...honestly from what I've seen in my Po-dunk tourist town....NOT MUCH of that happens EVER....:( and the MOms usually end up on welfare...which pisses me off even more....(not even about to go into the politics of it...if you vote and keep up with it, then you know)

    My TOM leaves within 3-4 days. But it is the heaviest flow ever and leaves me feeling super tired. no cramps tho.

    I just started having "NORMAL" TOMS since starting a low carb way of eating...and I FINALLY realize what it was like this whole time I had PCOS....AND I DONT MISSS HAVING CRAMPS BLOATING(im talking 7 lbs of water weight people_), and LOWER BACK CRAMPS>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>ARRRRRRRRHHHHHHHHH...esspeccially bad if you work on your feet all day....

    I can be such a dumb idiot. Until I saw the group on the side of my laptop I was wondering what a TOM was too. But then again I have a problem with acronyms- i think maybe I am spelling challenged too
