    Scrambled with sharp cheddar cheese. Sometimes I mix in butterball sausage or hashbrowns.

    Scrambled.......with salsa!!

    Mmmmm salsa :) Especially a good green tomatillo sala or salsa verde :) anything with a good amount of garlic in it.

    Usually hard boiled. I'm really picky about eggs and when they are hard boiled, I know for a fact they are cooked all the way through. But there's nothing better than dipping your toast in the yolk.

    Nothing better, for sure! I like 'em fried crisp but still over-easy (I used to do that in bacon fat) with a side of buttered wheat toast to dip into the yolk, and a side of hash browns to mix all of the egg whites into, plus Frank's hot sauce over the whole ensemble.

    Sometimes I'll eat them over, with the yolk hard, but most of the time it's egg whites with some low fat cheese and Sriracha.
